Shipping policy

Delivery is made to the delivery address
provided by the customer.

Depending on logistical availability, goods may be dispatched
from either Italy or Austria. To optimise
delivery times, goods may be dispatched from different logistical locations
within the European Union.

The shipping provider is selected according to the
destination address, order weight and organisational and logistical
factors. Deliveries within Austria are usually shipped
by Österreichische Post AG or comparable
shipping providers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, the
total weight of the order and the current shipping rates.

The applicable shipping costs are shown to the customer at checkout before
the order is completed.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes:

• Austria:
  2–5 working days
• Germany:
  3–6 working days
• other
  EU countries: 3–7 working days

The delivery period begins once payment has been received.

Please note

During seasonal peaks in shipping volumes, logistical
restrictions or force majeure events, delays may occur in individual
cases.
