Our story
My name is Francesco Serra and I am the founder of Caffè Chriss.
After many years working in the construction sector and travelling throughout Italy and other countries, I felt a growing desire to explore something that had always fascinated me: coffee.
Step by step, that passion became a vision – and eventually my own roastery in Vibo Valentia, in southern Italy.
Our coffees are roasted in the traditional way. We use carefully selected Arabica and Robusta beans from growing regions around the world, combining them into espresso blends full of character.
We consciously choose to move away from industrial mass production and focus instead on quality, care and artisan craftsmanship.
Anthony Mugavero
The long-standing friendship between Francesco Serra and Anthony Mugavero gave rise to the idea of making Caffè Chriss available beyond Italy.
Anthony Mugavero, an event manager based in Austria, contributes his experience in marketing, organisation and sales to help the brand grow internationally.
